I'm having trouble with the docx file. I open it with the MacOS version of word and the formatting is all messed up. Any advice?
Hi! Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately I don't have a MacOS device to test or fix this with but I am working on a fillable PDF version and I hope to update with that soon
