Hello there, I love the concept of your game here and I believe it has a lot of potential, however I would like to add some feedbacks + suggestions, all of which you are free to turn down. Apologies if anything I say comes across as rude or negative in nature, I only want to help out and see this concept flourish!
Feedback:
The policer are extremely easy to evade and break, turning a few corners breaks them, and even if you get caught the penalty is extremely small.
The cameras serve zero use, all's they do is add to your stars, which brings me into my next point which is that stars don't actually effect the gameplay in any kind of way, if you have one and happened to be seen, you get chased, that's all. This fact doesn't change if you have 1 or 10 stars.
The gameplay loop becomes very easy very fast, and while I'm obviously not expecting some kind of extremely difficult game, I also feel as the loop may become monotonous to people, I'm sure you plan on adding more mini-games and such for taking photos, but the current ones are very simple and fail to provide substantial entertainment.
Overall, there is a lack of consequence to failing, and it's very easy to get everything in 10-15 minutes, 30 at most.
Suggestions:
For the curfew time, the street lights could increase the vision of the police, making breezing through and making money more challenging.
When caught by somebody, instead of just adding a star to your status, it could add a star and alert nearby police, having some kind of consequence would make it a little harder.
Of course, another suggestion is perhaps different minigames for picture taking and adding some kind of high-risk idea, you can take up to 2 pictures of someone, but the risk of being caught is much higher.
Add a wanted system. Make it so the stars equate to more aggressive searching from police, as well as things like wanted posters or tip-offs so the normal civilians can tattle on you.
And my last request; not suggestion. Trans girls when? :3
