Can someone help? Where do I find Rush to talk to him about Vion?
The red's cells on the downstairs of cellblock.
General is the left.
Lilacs at the bottom.
Red's to the right.
The cells are probably the one place I didn't look cuz I kept thinking the other colours are just for if you're a different type of inmate. Absolutely didn't cross my mind that if Vion is in one someone else would be in another omg. Thank you!
