I miss click before i post this, and the link just threw me to another site that said "copy this link and download the next update".
After that i close that tab and clear my browser and cookie history.
(Its a filebox site that show you a txt file)
You're probably fine but you should check your files to be safe, look for anything suspicious that doesn't have a purpose or anything that you don't remember downloading.

No problem. Whenever i encounter a scam bot on itch, i report the bot and block the bot so that the messages get ignored.
