Could you please explain to me better what you mean by the Cartoon bug?

I look at the plugins and have two inspect plugins. but I don't know which plugin is your setting at that time. one seems call csgo inspect plugin and another one call inspect plugin.
one of them is the bad plugin. Also, I find another big bug, the awp, I put the inspect button "f"
it shows not the inspect cartoon but the draw cartoon, and it always happens.
And you call the cartoon bug. maybe you point the screen tearing. this is the cs old bug, If the game max fps higher than the screen max fps, the screen tearing will happen.
