theres a thing where if you change the accent color to green, a random button will appear, but it only appears when there's no other characters, and in order to get the normal world, you must enter a code depending on the pitch by the number on the button, the higher the pitch gets, the more you might remember it, and enter the code (randomized each time you restart) and once you got the code right, you'll get a button and pressing it will enable alt jevin, and place him and boom! you'll be in the normal world.
