I really enjoyed the overall style of the game the art direction is charming and the music fits the theme beautifully. The main menu is simple but effective, and I appreciated the small touches like dragging keys and boxes around, which added some fun variety to the gameplay.
That said, I did feel the character controls were a bit too fast at times, which made the platforming sections harder to enjoy. The camera also felt slightly zoomed in, which made navigation and figuring out where to go next a little tricky. Some mechanics, like the color-changing feature, weren’t immediately clear, and a short introductory challenge to teach them might have helped smooth the experience.
Still, for a game jam entry, the amount of work and creativity put into this is really impressive congratulations to the team! Playing it reminded me of how much love and effort goes into these jam projects, and honestly, it makes me happy to share that I also submitted my own little game. If you get the chance, I’d love for you to give it a try too you might find some of the same spirit there.
