Exactly! Each pixie was originally shaped around the more positive side of the sin they represent. Take Merka, for example— he was naturally giving and generous, which is why Rosario can joke about “sharing is caring.” Now, though, he mostly wants all the attention for himself and is selfishly after his God’s hands (the instrument of creation), even if he hides it behind a tsundere attitude.
Another example is Yulen, who experienced and tasted Sev’s Ehsas upon his creation, which enhanced his strength, speed, and senses (aka why he's so passionate and compeititve about what he does) / Now, in his wrath, he channels those same abilities to fight Sev and forcefully draw out her blood, trying to replicate that initial “taste.”
