I quite like the concept and I think it looks really good. The voice acting was also a nice touch and fits the atmosphere well. There were a few moments where I found it quite frustrating. I found that I spent more of my time trying to fix the power than actually guiding my team, when I think it should be the other way around. While I like the micromanagement aspect of having to deal with the power situation, I think balancing it a bit more to be less frequent would improve this aspect of the game. I think some kind of visual feedback on the power side of things, to indicate which of the switches broke, and which ones are working would help in this regard as well, as otherwise I am guessing which of them broke a lot of the time.

I also think that if we have an enemy scan, maybe it should show up on the map for a brief moment, because the coordinates are a bit difficult to work with without a grid. I'm also not sure if the enemy moves at all? But perhaps they should if they don't to add to the game's tension. Overall, I think with some tweaks to the gameplay, this could be really cool.
