I just thinked of something even more interesting, a soul system on top of the body a personality system that's already on the game. What if an elf soul gives you more mana and a human soul more xp, a dwarf soul makes you more resistant to bad status effects etc etc, if a character bodyswaps with another their soul effects will swap too
