I mean Local by Wifi ????
OpenCPI does not require Wi-Fi (internet) to load or play the game because it's all locally loaded inside of the game files.
OpenCPI only supports offline single player mode. There is no support for Wi-Fi LAN mode which allows for multiplayer with a friend or a family member from the host computer to another.
