Kinda, it's primary for screenshots and model viewing. So jiggle physics would be its base. I am not sure about what to add though. Thanks for the comment. Feel free to leave suggestions here!
You can make a map, character maker and a clothes system...better to make models around DS and benefit from the amount of assets it offer online for free:P
