I absolutely hated this game, i hate the felling of being cheated/seeing someone you love doing things with someone, this game should be named PTSD/ trauma phone.
I don't know what you expected from a game with NTR in its title. Are you also caught off guard when 18+ horror movies feature something scary, violent or disgusting?
