Actually if you want something (kinda?) like this I think I remember a game called "super human"? (Along those lines) I didn't really like it because of how muscular the MC was but maybe it fits your preference.
Man, I think the right word for him is no attitude, like getting hit by women is okay, but running when they want to sit on him, I hope they throw him down the stairs again in the next chapters.
