Actually if you want something (kinda?) like this I think I remember a game called "super human"? (Along those lines) I didn't really like it because of how muscular the MC was but maybe it fits your preference.

Dude we have plenty of midea with "manly men" it took me forever to find a game with a femboy mc, not enough femboy media sadly, but hay if you find a lot do tell me and Ile do vice versa for ya,but I do agree that he is a bit to at times.
