I've created a visual novel engine and need to create a launcher for it. Can I embed the GUI into the launcher? Does this fall under the redistribution category?
You are free to use our graphic assets in your launcher as long as they are integrated into your project and not redistributed as standalone assets. In other words, embedding the GUI into your launcher is totally fine — it does not count as redistribution. However, reselling or redistributing the assets themselves separately is not permitted.
