Hey there. This seems to be an FS issue from everything I've looked at. The only thing I can figure out is the height of the heap must be tied to how much space there is inside the tip collisions. So a larger area will allow a higher heap. I could be wrong on that. Given we have the wall in the center, the tip area isn't overly large. But that's the only thing I can think of as to a reason why it can't heap higher than it is. I'm as frustrated by it as anyone. :)
