I ran this tonight as my first time running Mausritter and it went great! The heroes rescued Bristlebrow by pledging themselves as Knights of the Trash King and paying him tribute in the form of a to-go box of poutine that they stole from the seagulls. This is an excellent introduction to the Mausritter system!
My one comment is that I couldn't find the details for the Tainted condition in the PDF. I had to open the JSON and scrub through the code to figure out how it works. It would be great if the PDF explained the condition somewhere so you don't need to open a JSON file to find it.
