All the money stuff is handled by itch.io not by myself. So I can't refund you. But as far as I know it's quite easy to get a refund; you have to contact their support about that. Should be no problem then. I do not get the money when it's payed to itch.io and I can't handle any payments separately since it's entirely managed by them.
