Took me a while to understand the moving-the-floor mechanic. The base game for itself gets old rather fast as there is no challenge in smashing enemies who don't even fight back, but the dungeon rearrangement is pretty nice. It can get rather tiresome to find the last few scattered foes though.
Definitely and interesting idea, if you added combat and a lose condition this could also work as a new approach in the rogue-like genre. Not only would the dungeon change on restart, but you can change it yourself as well.
One thing I didn't like was the wait time during the room switch animation where I had to wait until I could move again. I searched for the last room for a while and this cost me some time. That's just me nitpicking though, so don't worry about it :D
