thanks! it did take a while to get the water Shader right.
at first  I wanted it to be an actual fluid simulation of waves that effects objects but that was too much for me so I just faked it with some distortion. 
still I might need to add a toggle for it in settings cuz it made me dizzy after staring at it for so long :)
