There are a couple like Silvally and Zeraora that don't have a signature Z-Move, but they can use normal ones and it may add a little favor. Maybe for Necrozma or something it could use Light-That-Burns-The-Sky and it would work like Archie when you catch Manaphy; got a dodge properly or get one-shot.
