you can get only Bianca pregnat at the currect update, you have to do it in the living room to have a chance iirc
i already have living room part but every time i do it just says she didn't get it eveb thought the bar is maxed and it says "This girl cant get pregnant"
keep playing and you will see a popup that tell you she can get pregnant
