On Windows, the saves are stored here:
Users/<user>/AppData/Roaming/Godot/app_userdata/REC
On Android, its not really possible.
If you are on android and trying to update to the new version without losing your saves, here is a guide.
Updating on android:
When updating on android, do NOT uninstall!
Just download the newest version and it will prompt you to "update".
