when I've been playing through the game, sometimes the text glitches out and skips parts, or the voiced lines dont match up with the text. Is that supposed to happen or is my game just glitchy?

It happens to me too, which is a wild bummer. The game is fascinating but the erratic glitching/cut-outs really hurt it.
