Is the programmer still needed? Just asking because if so, I could help. I know several programming languages, but when it comes to games and a comfortable development environment, I'm familiar with Unity (C#) and Android Studio (Java). Also, if you create a project in Android Studio using libGDX, the game can run both on the web and on PC.
