Regarding Morgan, no you will not miss out on any meaningful interactions with him. Most of the friendly dialogue, interactions, and exchanges will be present no matter what option you chose, the only thing you will miss is flirting, H-Scenes, or anything intended to push toward an H-Scene. Nothing major, don't worry :)
