It's really frustrating not knowing which enemies have special abilities or how those abilities work. The Shields really make me angry because I have no idea how what to do about it. Sometimes I get lucky and they die and other times I spend 30 turns doing zero damage
Outside of wanting more explanations, I really like the game!
The enemies activate their shields by drawing on the player’s energy, which increases their chance to block attacks. Because of that, the player needs to keep their energy lower in order to deal damage effectively.
Sorry that the project is so simple. I made it quickly just to show the core idea. I’ll add a short explanation of the mechanics in the description so it’s clearer.
