hello! played the game and I think it's absolutely amazing. Was incredibly frightened even without getting jump scared. I'm curious, though, as I never encountered the night shop, how does that work?

Thanks! And that's good that you didn't experience the jumpscares. They are not fun to experience lol. The night shop opens up on the tv after putting in the right color, it will show up after the color spin. There is also a 1/5 chance the night shop doesn't begin at the end of the night; so there is a chance you got lucky not getting jumpscared but unlucky not getting a night shop.

Ah interesting. I played the steam demo version, wondering if anything is different there than from the itch.io version? Also never saw the color spin but also went straight to bed after getting the color right because of how scared I was haha

there is no difference between this version and the steam demo version. And i now see why you didn't get the night shop but i understand i would have probably done the same thing too i hate feeling scared.
