In the Sweet Spot, you're able to buy food, try that. :)There's currently a bug that the character may not appear, but reloading the game should fix that.

Her growth is reliant on what you chose for Renée. For the other two options, it's based on a choice you make during her first intimate scene.
but I chose wg to reene and I don't gain weight
It's Artemis that will gain weight if you chose that for Renée. :)
