We’ll need to manually look up your address and verify the code linked to your tier. Regarding the image strips and videos that were uploaded, unfortunately we had to remove them — it wouldn’t be fair to the people who paid and downloaded the content if new users could access everything for free. On top of that, we’ll also have to reduce the amount of images and videos we release in order to cut costs, so that no one on the team is forced to keep working without being paid, and we can continue with the game work.
