Mike's games have always been some of my favorites since they wonderfully blend terrifying stories with interesting gameplay. This one seems to be different in that it places more of an emphasis on the gameplay part rather than fitting into his games' narrative. Even though I'm more of a story kind of guy when it comes to horror games, I really enjoyed this one.
Warning: Clearly unintentional, but the jumpscares are really loud which conflicts terribly with the design of carefully listening for sounds that the game seems to be going for.
