Those bots are spamming the link in so many comment sections so it may be approporiate to discard links entirely.
It may affect the honest people here a little but considering the small amount of "regular" links posted around here, it's a small sacrifice in my opinion.
Or! Give accounts a temporary ban if they post links in several comment sections in a day/12h or whatever.
