This is a really fun and creative game!
Here are a few things I would suggest:
– allow movement with WASD
– make it so that when you find the tile with the exit on it, you don't enter it immediately, but you can choose whether or not to enter it. This will let you stay on the map in order to look for more loot before you leave.
– in the scrollable text box on the left, you can scroll down past the bottom of the text. Make it so you can't do this. Also, make the text box auto-scroll to the bottom whenever a new message appears
– add a sound effect when you kill an enemy squad
