I am facing the exact same problem as you. Regardless of the options I choose or whether I am using the browser or downloaded version, I run into the same ending. (For context, I am a Windows/PC user.) I have e-mailed khywae about it. Hopefully a fix or an explanation is on the way!

it's becasue i guess the website's rules or the creator's choice idk...but the wya games were made have now chnaged. And instead of the free version being a full game but with no preview, now the new free version only gives you part of the story and to play the rest/full game you need to buy the paid version.
