I was curious, but what is this “Primal Phase”?

Is it an NPC with different phases or is it your character? I haven't played in a long time and I didn't get very deep into the content, so I don't remember if that's in vanilla.

Yes it's my OC with the white text while the red text is a datapack version of my OC for some reason the datapack version OC just copied my original, well almost since the datapack version has more lust threshold than mine as you can the the image. I did this because I have no worthy opponent to fight.

The mods I used is very broken:

Tess scaling mod (which adds two perk at the start "Dreamer & Greedy"
Casino mod

These two mods are perfect with each other
