It does, they can take a long time tho, it appeared to me like 3 times while trying the 6 minutes thing :P
it appears every 90 seconds and disappears every 90 seconds
so
90 seconds - appear
180 seconds - disappear
270 seconds - appear
360 seconds - disappear
and so on
