umm maybe you too have reset her quest i too had a problem getting her not sure but try doing this the ways i tried getting her
1. bring tess along side you.
2. try waiting for 3 or 3 30 am
3. maybe completing masuo's mom dad past quest help(not sure but completing it cost nothing)
(before doing this make sure not to bring yamada as assistant or site assistant)
