Do you remember the date of your purchase? Sometimes Paypal takes a while to notify me the transaction and the approval.
In the meantime have you tried to download it recently?
i purchased it 11_aug
they notified me the payment after few minutes.
no i cannot download it
seems that many people had this problem.
