hey broππ, the skin of the main character (Anon) can be changed with a mod with the Mod pigmentate_v1.0.zip. look for it in the game's Discord at #mods-releases-8-86. Or in the Klah Tune Mod Folder on Google Drive, look for it alphabetically, and there you'll learn how to install the MOD Mods & Discord Invite β All in One Place 
As for the size of Anon's penis π, I think it can't be resized π¬ but you can change its appearance with Mods ππ for example the Mod FOnB - Furry Penis and Body PR 0.9 Mod made by @xllrvrdn that makes Anon into a furry with a hypercamo dog penis 
There is also the CiberP Mod 2.1 Mod made by @xllrvrdn. This re-modification changes the body of the main character, adding male breasts to him, and also changes the standard dick to a cyber dick and cum color
You can get it by purchasing it on the store or get it from the debug menu
