I was expecting this to be more like "the Abugida effect" game than an actual RPG, and was a little upset when I discovered there was fighting in it.

Do not worry, as there is not much combat, and not much planned for the future. I don't like RPG combat myself, so it's only used a handful of times. In the current build 2 times in fact.

That's a shame, I think it would be great to have a forced combat scene every tile, and then have the game over screen reset all game progress.
