This comes with a Unity prefab for VRChat, but doesn't fit any particular model besides maybe the Winterpaw Male Canine models. You'll have to edit the diaper model in Blender to fit on to the player model you wish to use in game, then replace the diaper FBX in the Unity prefab with the edited diaper model FBX.
