The Steam version has a bunch of bonus scenes in the recollection room you can see. It also has a unique character that's a crossover with Naughty Tale of Rabbits and she has her own content and such.
Both versions get updated at the same time, but this is the last major planned one since Netoria Tactics 2 is coming out soon.
