I believe Ryan is based out of the UK. Its midnight there right now, we probably wont have a theme until the morning.
He's based in the UK and it's midnight for us now, however, the theme started at 12 A.M. and he specifically stated that the theme would be announced when the jam starts, meaning that people are going to miss at least 8 hours or so of the jam.
