Tried to subscribe on SS, but keep getting 'error code 0699'. SS FAQs don't help to identify the issue.
My card details are valid and I still have an active sub to another dev.
I dunno if this is card issuer censorship?
I did try.
Is it mastercard? or maybe through paypal?
