The white eye gazed into my room yesterday. In the end I only saw two ways out: Either I‘d become a fly in the milky eye. Or I‘d put the eye into my own socket.

I generally am quite critical of these kind of depictions of mental states (Lovecraft etc) and generally avoid them. In your game madness is in this kinda surreal tradition that I could see past that a bit. (I vaguely remember seeing a surrealist film with an eye in a wall…couldn’t find it though. Only Buñuel keeps popping up)
The same day I read „The fall of the house of Usher“. That set the mood nicely.
I have yet to try “The date”. Looking forward to it.
