At first I'm able to do damage to the bat, but once it goes into its swooping phase where there is a large area of attack strip, it just keeps repeating after I dodge 3 swoops. The enemy never enters a different phase where I can damage it. Is this a bug?

Update: I found the problem, once the enemy exits the swooping phase it has a tendency to land in an adjacent room getting stuck there.
