Yep... it's really is. It seems the only option is cure using cheats or wait for the moment when it somehow passes with time (but it's not a fact that’s going to happen) or use old save without semen addiction status.
Remove: STD not helping
Aid (Drug Addicton) not helping
Aid (Multi Orgasm) not helping
Aid (Taste) not helping
and others Aid not helping too same as blue/red potion or herbs/flowers.
(I will try to figure out why this isn't working)
It's actually surprising that the game hasn't yet added some unique medicine that you can personaly craft like antibiotics which can cure any STD, Drug addiction and something else but u need a lot of thing to craft it.
