In regards to the lack of replies; I can only speak for myself, but I stepped completely away from social media a few years ago for my mental health. The only one I use is Tumblr, mostly because it's primarily a place to share creative works. There's also a LOT of VN developers over there so it's easy for me to follow them and stay updated on the progress of their projects. I don't always get notifications from Itch unfortunately. I can't say if it makes sense for you to make a Tumblr blog or not, but I'd definitely follow you if you did :)
