Also perhaps side job when your uh exprince in certen things or you gain lust that persistes even when pureafyed you gain access to a new locaton for sex? Perhaps a Labito stat that higher it get the more often you NEED to get releaf and some of it persistes even after your corruption been purged and it costs gems to help make it go the REST of the way back down. But there are rewards you can only get if it grows intense enuff to squeeze out of some of the monsters.
