Chrome, windows 10 and for the specs I can run Red Dead Redemption 2 just fine xD Would you have a downloadable one by any chance ? I don't think you can upload a new downloadable version to the GMTK entry (Actually I think it could disqualify you) but maybe a link to a new project in Itch.io ?
